Throughout the class, Chef Marni Xuto will share insights about Thai culture and the history of the dishes being prepared. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get individualized guidance on their cooking techniques.

From a young age, Marni Xuto found her passion for cooking Thai dishes. Having grown up in the heart of Bangkok, Marni’s recipes are a love letter to her roots. From making coconut milk and tamarind sauce from scratch, Marni has grown extensive knowledge of international cuisines and developed a deeper understanding of flavour combinations and pairings. Marni is a recipe writer for Thai Food Made Easy
