School of Wok is excited to be teaming up with top London chef Dan Doherty of Duck and Waffle, for a mouth-watering adventure, spanning the continent of Asia in search of all things BRUNCH!

Executive Chef Dan Doherty is well known for his delicious and creative brunches at the popular London restaurant-with-a-view Duck and Waffle. Now, drawing inspiration from across Asia, Dan is teaming up with School of Wok’s Jeremy Pang for an ‘Asian-inspired’ decadent brunch! This class will include an exploration into the variety of rich and flavourful congees eaten across the continent, as well as crispy duck (how could he not after all), doughnuts and more! Bring your appetite for both food and adventure because this class is sure to inspire.

How is this class structured?

During this class you'll experience 2 1/2 hours of hands on cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well deserved glass of wine
