Happy New Year to you all! The festivities have begun and Chinatown is heaving with hungry visitors, ready to get a slice of the excitement. This year's parade was one of the biggest ever and the whole weekend was a massive success. However, Chinese New Year is not just a weekend thing, it's two weeks-worth of celebrations, packed full of tradition, auspiciousness and (most importantly) food!

Our first CNY-special cookery lessons began this weekend and were sold out across the board. However, if you feel you've missed out on the action and haven't yet been able to celebrate the 'Year of the Snake', there are still a few places left for our other classes over the festive period...but be warned, they're filling up fast!

We're running CNY-themed masterclasses, food and wine-tasting sessions, lantern-decorating lessons and Chinatown food tours over the next two weeks, culminating in School of Wok's first interactive supperclub, the Lantern Festival Feast on 24th February!

Be sure to check out these classes and any other courses on offer on our website! Click here for more details.

Love is in the air...

There's only a couple of days to go until Valentine's Day so if you're looking to do things a little differently this year, then look no further than School of Wok!

There's just a few places left at our Couples Dim Sum Wine & Dine lesson on Thursday night, at which you and your partner can enjoy a romantic and interactive three-hour cookery course, gazing into each others' eyes over some delicious food.

Meanwhile, for those who are looking to meet someone special, check out our one-hour Quick-Fire Dating Special session for a relaxed and informal way of getting to know new people. With four dishes prepared at separate stations, everyone will be involved in the cooking process, enjoying 10 minutes of speed dating over a glass of wine before moving on to the next.
