PREPARATION

  1. After cooking, rinse the wok with hot water and place it back on the hob, allowing the heat to loosen any stuck-on food.
  2. Scrub the surface thoroughly using a brush or metal scrubber to remove any remaining residue.
  3. Rinse again if needed, ensuring the wok is completely clean.
  4. Place the wok back onto the hob over high heat to dry it fully, allowing all moisture to evaporate.
  5. Leave the wok on the heat until it is completely dry and slightly warm to the touch.
  6. Turn off the heat and allow the wok to cool naturally before storing.
  7. Store in a dry place to prevent moisture buildup and rusting.
