Mushrooms & Asparagus
1. Create 2 x foil ‘boats’ and place the mushrooms and asparagus in separate boats.
2. Grill on a medium - high heat for roughly 10-12 minutes on the BBQ with the lid closed to cook through.
3. Baste well with sauce and place directly on the grill to finish and char the vegetables last minute.
4. For the red peppers, keep them whole and massage the marinade around each pepper. Place directly on the grill, on a low - medium heat and turn occasionally to cook through until lightly charred all around.
