La Cucina Caldesi Cookery School, London

Located in the heart of London’s Borough Market, these guys do exactly as they say on the tin AND SOME; running a number of courses all centred around artisan baking. We’re talking doughnut courses, gluten free masterclasses, Japanese baking, pizza workshops and plenty more. They also run a number of e-learning virtual sessions too.
Proving that there really is no limit to how amazing vegetarian and vegan cuisine can be, Demuths are a cookery school in Bath that specialise in all-things-plant-based. With courses for beginners to professional cooks, the School was founded by esteemed chef Rachel Demuth who was at the helm of the award-winning Demuths Restaurant for 26 years. Jamie Oliver Cookery School, London
Famous for his TV career, healthy-eating campaigning and arsenal of affordable restaurants; there are many strings to Jamie Oliver’s bow. But did you know about his Islington-based cookery school? Offering courses for Asian cuisine, baking and children’s lessons - with every course booked, a portion of the price goes towards Jamie’s free community classes for local support groups. What’s not to like?

Oh come on, you knew we couldn’t do a run-down of our favourite cookery schools in the UK without mentioning the famous and esteemed Leiths didn’t you? Located in the heart of Clerkenwell, Food at 52 promises a laid-back set-up, hosting their classes from their gorgeous home-style kitchen space. Don’t be fooled by the homely feel though; this place is kitted out with all the mod-cons you’ll need, and their courses range from knife skills and kitchen basics, to Indian street food and expert seafood sessions.
The Underground Cookery School, London
Kick off your experience at the Underground Cookery School with a glass of bubbles, some canapes, and some good music (sounds great so far, right?) - before tucking into a massive range of courses allowing you to prepare Michelin-grade food under the expert supervision of their fully trained chef tutors.
