We are excited to invite you to join us for a Vegetarian Dim Sum experience at School of Wok. This hands-on class offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Chinese culinary traditions as our expert chefs guide you through the intricate process of making your own Har Gau dough and mastering professional folding techniques.
Our goal is to provide you with the skills and confidence to recreate these authentic, mouth watering flavours in your own kitchen. Whether you are looking to refine your technique or explore new vegetarian recipes, this session promises to be both informative and unforgettable.
By the end of this class, you will have the skills and knowledge to create delicious, authentic Chinese dumplings at home to impress your friends and family.
The session will be led by a Head Chef and an Assistant Chef, with class sizes typically ranging from 6 to 12 students. All of our classes cover essential knife skills, and our chefs are available to answer any questions regarding ingredients or techniques. While each student has an individual prep space and chopping board, please note that we work in pairs.
We recommend bringing tupperware to take home any leftovers.

We can accommodate a fully vegan diet for this course; however, gluten-free options are not available.
