Join us for an immersive Thai Regional Cuisine class where you'll explore the diverse flavours of Thailand's regions in a hands-on and interactive 3-hour session. Led by our expert chefs, you'll delve into essential cooking techniques and skills, crafting mouthwatering dishes bursting with flavour.
- Regional Ingredient Identification: Learn to identify and utilise unique ingredients from different regions of Thailand.
- Curry Making Techniques: Master the art of preparing rich and aromatic Thai curries, such as Gaeng Hung Lay.
- Salad Dressing Mastery: Perfect the balance of flavours in Thai salads, like Khao Yum, with tangy dressings and aromatic herbs.
- Seafood Cooking Skills: Gain confidence in cooking seafood, as demonstrated in the Bangkok Crab Omelette.
The class will be led by a Head Chef and Assistant Chef, ensuring personalised guidance for each participant. Class sizes typically range from 6-12 students.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience, from seasoned chefs to total beginners. We are here to help you become more confident in your skills and learn new techniques to impress your family and friends.
Our menu may contain allergens such as nuts, shellfish, and egg. If you have any allergies, please contact us in advance so we can provide alternative recipes and ingredients. We are also happy to accommodate vegetarians, so please don't hesitate to inquire about the menu.
All of our classes involve knife skills and our chefs can also answer other questions you may have around ingrendients or techniques. Each student has their own chopping board and prep space, but the cooking at the hob is done in pairs. We recommend you bring some tupperware for taking home any leftovers.

How is this class structured?
Get ready for an amazing 3-hour cooking experience that will unleash your inner chef! Our 3 hr classes are designed to give you a hands-on experience of 2 1/2 hours of cooking, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy your creations with a well-deserved glass of wine.
How many people are there in the class with how many teachers?
Our classes have up to 12 students with 1 Head Chef and 1 Assistant Chef, providing an intimate and personalised experience.
What is included?
At our cooking classes, we provide everything you need to create delicious Asian and Oriental dishes! When you book with us, you'll enjoy: You'll have everything you need, including all ingredients and equipment, to get started on your culinary journey. A refreshing welcome drink will be waiting for you upon arrival. Soft drinks, tea and coffee will be provided over the duration of the class. You'll also enjoy a delicious light lunch to keep you energised throughout the class. At the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to sit down with your classmates and savour the meal you created. A glass of wine or a beer will be served with your meal, adding the perfect touch of sophistication to your experience. If you have any leftovers, you'll be able to take them home with you to enjoy later! Please note that all students must be at least 16 years old, and those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a place.
