She was awarded as the winner of Best Reader’s Recipe at the prestigious Observer Food Monthly Awards 2019 and has since contributed recipes to many food publications such as Waitrose Food, Sainsbury Magazine, Olive Magazine, Tesco Food, Delicious Magazine, Waitrose Weekend newspaper and BBC Food, as well as writing for Condé Nast Traveler New York.
Her first book, Rice Table, was published by Quadrille in 2023 to critical acclaim and was shortlisted for Best First Book for Guild of Food Writers Awards.
