In this Full Day Takeaway Classics cooking class, you will learn a variety of essential cooking techniques and skills while creating delicious dishes packed with flavour.

The class will be led by a Head Chef and an assistant Chef, and class sizes typically range from 6-12 students.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience, from seasoned chefs to total beginners. We are here to help you become more confident in your skills and learn new techniques to impress your family and friends.

Sweet & Sour Pork - Tender pork loin and vegetables served in a delicious sweet and sour based sauce
Chicken & Cashew Nuts Stir-fry - Crunchy and moreish cashew nuts served with Chicken thigh in delicious oyster, soy and chicken stock based sauce
Chinese Vegetarian Spring Rolls - Crunchy vegetables wrapped in a pastry and deep fried until golden
Egg Fried Rice - Traditional fried rice dish served with egg and peas, flavoured with sesame oil and soy sauce
Deep Fried Prawn Wontons – Crunchy wontons filled with prawns, served with a dipping sauce.
Hong Kong Noodles - Stir-fried egg noodles with vegetables in a light soy-based sauce, finished with a touch of sesame.

How is this class structured?

Get ready for an amazing 3-hour cooking experience that will unleash your inner chef! Our 3 hr classes are designed to give you a hands-on experience of 2 1\/2 hours of cooking, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy your creations with a well-deserved glass of wine.

How many people are there in the class with how many teachers?

Our classes have up to 12 students with 1 Head Chef and 1 Assistant Chef, providing an intimate and personalised experience.

What is included?

We provide all ingredients and equipment, a welcome drink, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and a light lunch. After the class, enjoy your meal with wine or beer, and take any leftovers home.
