Brin has recently entered the culinary world following his journey on MasterChef this year which culminated in him lifting the coveted MasterChef trophy!!

Prior to this Brin was working as veterinary surgeon but now plans on making food his career. Since winning MasterChef, Brin has dived into the world of food with private dining, online recipe content and food festival demonstrations. We are delighted to host him here at School of Wok for this amazong and special event. 

This class will cover the following amazing dishes: 

  • Bun Cha with dipping sauce and meat balls.
  • Marinated BBQ Pork belly skewers.
  • Crisp and zingy green papaya salad.
