This class with the 2024 Masterchef winner will take you on a whirlwind tour to Vietnam. Brin is a superb chef whose trip to Vietnam this year has inspired him to share what he learnt and to teach you some fabulous Vietnamese dishes he tried while he was there.

Brin has recently entered the culinary world following his journey on MasterChef this year which culminated in him lifting the coveted MasterChef trophy. Prior to this Brin was working as veterinary surgeon but now plans on making food his career. Since winning MasterChef, Brin has dived into the world of food with private dining, online recipe content and food festival demonstrations.

How is this class structured?

Get ready for an amazing 3-hour cooking experience that will unleash your inner chef! Our 3 hr classes are designed to give you a hands-on experience of 2 1\/2 hours of cooking, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy your creations with a well-deserved glass of wine.

How many people are there in the class with how many teachers?

Our classes have up to 12 students with 1 Head Chef and 1 Assistant Chef, providing an intimate and personalised experience.

What is included?

We provide all ingredients and equipment, a welcome drink, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and a light lunch. After the class, enjoy your meal with wine or beer, and take any leftovers home.
