Jeremy Pang is a renowned British chef, author, and television personality, best known for his expertise in Pan-Asian cuisine. Born into a family of chefs, his passion for food was ignited at an early age, inspired by his father’s love for cooking and his family's Chinese heritage.

After studying engineering at university, Jeremy decided to follow his culinary dreams, training at Le Cordon Bleu in Thailand and honing his skills across Asia. His deep knowledge of Chinese and Southeast Asian flavours, combined with his innovative teaching approach, led him to found the School of Wok in 2009—an award-winning cookery school in London specialising in Asian cuisine.
