In this 3 hour experience, your team will come together in the School of Wok kitchen to cook a wholesome, hearty curry meal not only for yourselves but for 100 extra people. These meals will be distributed to local shelters, charities, and community groups the same or next day making a tangible difference.
You’ll be guided by our expert chefs, working in teams to prep, cook, and taste your dish before scaling up to cook for the wider community. We’ll teach essential skills in batch cooking, flavour balancing, and teamwork under pressure, with plenty of laughs (and spice) along the way.
