Learn how to create your own chewy Tteok (rice cakes), simmer them in rich gochujang sauce, and pair them with crispy seaweed-wrapped Gimmari, just like they do in Seoul’s street markets.
We’ll also prepare a classic street food lunch of savoury-sweet Bulgogi (Korean BBQ beef) and spicy grilled chicken skewers. To end the day, you’ll make one of Korea’s most loved desserts: Hotteok; crispy pancakes filled with molten brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
