The class will be led by a Head Chef and Assistant Chef, and class sizes typically range from 6-12 students.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience, from seasoned chefs to total beginners. We are here to help you become more confident in your skills and learn new techniques to impress your family and friends.

Beef Hor Fun - Rice noodles stir fried with a medley of vegetables and beef
Sichuan Chicken -Classic stir-fry from the Sichuan province of China - chicken marinated in soy, sesame and five spice, stir fried with vegetables and cashew nuts cooked in a rice wine sauce
Egg Fried Rice - Traditional fried rice dish served with egg and peas, flavoured with sesame oil and soy sauce.
Jiao Zi - Delectable Chinese wheat-based dumplings filled with pork mince, Chinese chives and mushrooms marinated in a light soy and sesame-based sauce
Salt & Pepper Tofu – Crispy tofu cubes tossed with chili, garlic, and a light salt-and-pepper seasoning.
Kai Lan & Ginger Stir Fry – Fresh Chinese broccoli stir-fried with ginger and garlic for a simple, aromatic dish.

How is this class structured?

Get ready for an amazing 3-hour cooking experience that will unleash your inner chef! Our 3 hr classes are designed to give you a hands-on experience of 2 1\/2 hours of cooking, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy your creations with a well-deserved glass of wine.

How many people are there in the class with how many teachers?

Our classes have up to 12 students with 1 Head Chef and 1 Assistant Chef, providing an intimate and personalised experience.

What is included?

We provide all ingredients and equipment, a welcome drink, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and a light lunch. After the class, enjoy your meal with wine or beer, and take any leftovers home.
