Join Saiphin as she walks you through some of her favourite and most popular dishes, both in her restaurants and from her popular new book; Rosa’s Thai Café The Cookbook; Amazon’s best-seller in Thai Food & Drink.
Dishes made on this class will reflect the season, with light, flavourful ingredients that capture the essence of Thai cuisine, but won’t weigh you down. From a street food favourite, to an aubergine inspired salad served at Rosa’s popular Laos pop up, to an intricate Salmon Red Curry, this class will be a feast for all the senses!

During this class you'll experience 2 1/2 hours of hands on cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well deserved glass of wine

This class usually has between 20-24 students. It will be run by Saiphin Moore, Head Chef Jeremy Pang and 2 Assistant Chef
