Miso Butter Corn Ribs
Indulge in these succulent corn ribs, generously coated with a delightful blend of miso and butter.

Ingredients
- 3 corn on the cob
The Miso Butter
- ½ tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red miso paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 4 tbsp butter
Method
Preparation
• Slice the corn on the cob length ways in quarters using a very sharp knife.
Cooking
• Boil the corn on the cob ribs for 10 minutes.
• Combine the miso butter ingredients in a pan over a medium heat and melt.
• Coat the corn on the cob with the miso butter glaze then place under the grill on a high heat for 5 minutes to char. Serve
