In this 3 hour Vegetarian Chinese cooking class, we'll show you how to make authentic Chinese cuisine vegetarian style to spice up your everyday dishes.

We teach you all the basic flavour profiles to make great tasting Chinese dishes as well as showing you to wok cook, fold, fill and flavour delicious Jiaozi dumplings and how to use a Chinese cleaver.

In our Vegetarian Chinese class you will make perfectly folded chive and mushroom dumplings, vegetarian Mapo Tofu, moreish garlic Fried Rice and spicy stir-fried green beans!
