The class is a three hour class. Two and half (approx) hours will be cooking and the final 30 minutes will be eating the food you have created.
You will be offered a welcome drink and this will be topped up when the cleavers are put away! We also serve drinks with dinner.
During this class Marni will teach you:
- How to make the perfect Jungle Curry
- Balancing strong Thai flavours
- Marinating and threading for your chicken skewers
- Perfect tangy and spicy eggs
All of our classes involve knife skills and our chefs can also answer other questions you may have around ingrendients or techniques. Each chef has their own chopping board and prep space, but the cooking at the hob is done in pairs.
We recommend you bring some tupperware for taking home any leftovers.
