This class teaches you to make delicious Thai Green curry, flavourful Pad Thai, delicate coconut flavoured rice, spicy Tom Yum Soup, Salmon Satay Skewers and fresh and crisp Som Tam Salad. You'll learn the basic ingredients required to make an aromatic curry and how to use a pestle and mortar to make delicious curry pastes and how to slice and dice using a Chinese cleaver.

You will learn the basics of cutting, slicing and chopping using a Chinese cleaver.
We will also show you to make curry paste from scratch using a pestle and mortar to make truly authentic curry!
Our classes also teach you the key basics of Thai seasoning with herbs and spices and what seasoning to use to make delicious Thai dishes every time!

During this class you'll experience 21/2 hours of hands on cooking followed by a lunch break, then a further 21/2 hours of hands on cooking. The class will culminate with everyone sitting down to enjoy what they've created, alongside a well deserved glass of wine.
