During this lesson we will focus on learning how to roll, fold and cook some of the most popular dim sum dishes, using a mixture of different fillings throughout the process.

Vegetarian Menu Option - Vegetarian Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf

  • Jiao Zi (vegetarian filling)

  • BBQ Paneer

  • Chinese Vegetarian Spring Rolls

  • Vegetarian Crispy Wontons

  • Vegetarian Siu Mai

How is this class structured?

During this class you'll experience 21/2 hours of hands on cooking followed by a lunch break, then a further 21/2 hours of hands on cooking. The class will culminate with everyone sitting down to enjoy what they've created, alongside a well deserved glass of wine.

How many people are there in the class with how many teachers?

This class usually has between 8 - 12 students, with 1 Head Chef and 1 Assistant Chef.
