Step into the vibrant world of Malaysian home cooking with chef Ranie Saidi, as she hosts an intimate and flavour-packed Malaysian Supper Club. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of her heritage, this dining experience brings together bold flavours, comforting textures, and a warm sense of community.

Guests will be treated to a thoughtfully curated three-course menu that celebrates the diversity and depth of Malaysian cuisine:

Starter
Tofu Croquette (Tauhu Bergedil) – A crispy, savoury bite of tofu, potato, and coriander, paired with refreshing crudités and a punchy Malay peanut sauce, bursting with lemongrass, palm sugar, ginger, and more.

Main
Mee Raja (King’s Noodle) – A much-loved dry noodle dish featuring minced chickenboiled eggscrispy anchoviesfried shallots, and chilli oil—a bold, umami-rich plate fit for royalty.

Dessert
ABC Sorbet – A reimagining of the beloved Malaysian shaved ice dessert, served as a cooling sorbet with salted peanutsrose syrup, and grass jelly for a sweet and refreshing finale.
