Join our 3-hour Chinese Takeaway Classics class and learn the art of seasoning and stir-frying Chinese dishes to perfection. Led by our experienced Chefs, you will master the techniques of chopping with a traditional Chinese cleaver and wok-frying noodles to a crispy stir-fry.
Our menu features four classic Chinese dishes, starting with Prawn Toast, a crispy golden appetizer topped with seasoned prawns and sesame seeds. You’ll also enjoy Wontons, delicate dumplings filled with savory pork and prawns. For the main course, we’ll prepare Black Bean Beef, a tender stir-fry coated in rich, umami-packed black bean sauce, along with Special Fried Rice, wok-fried to perfection with vegetables, meat, and egg.

Classes are between 6 and 12 students.
All of our classes involve knife skills and our chefs can also answer other questions you may have around ingrendients or techniques. Each student has their own chopping board and prep space, but the cooking at the hob is done in pairs. We recommend you bring some tupperware for taking home any leftovers.
