Understanding the use of spices is key to Indian cooking. Join us on a 3 hour cooking class where you will learn the secrets to bringing the best out of these fragrant and somtimes underrated ingredients.

There is so much to explore in Indian cuisine, this vast country offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. During this 3 hour Introduction to Indian cuisine class we will take you through the basics of achieving mouth watering plates of food to help you start your journey of discovering this exciting and interesting cuisine.
We'll teach you how to make a Northern curry packed with flavour, everyone's favourite crispy samosas, a light and fluffy pilau rice and a cucumber raita that will help bring the whole meal together.

Our Head Chef will introduce you to Indian flavours and spices in our specially equipped kitchen where you can awaken your inner wok-star skills!
