• Tenderise the steaks using the back of your cleaver to flatten them. Place them in a bowl with the marinade ingredients and massage. Set aside.
• Cover the bottom of a pan with the parmesan cheese and place on a medium heat. Allow the cheese to melt a bit before placing the two top halves of the crusty rolls on top. Once the parmesan has formed a crisp, lift the rolls from the pan and set aside.
• Cover the bottom of the pan with oil and get up to a medium/high heat.
• Place the pork steaks in the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes each side. Remove from the pan, allow the oil to drain off the steaks, and then place in the rolls. Enjoy!
