In this online cooking class, you will learn valuable skills that will enable you to create mouth-watering Vietnamese dishes in the comfort of your own home. The following are some of the skills you will acquire during the class

Knife skills: Our experienced Head Chef will teach you the proper techniques for cutting, slicing, and chopping a variety of ingredients commonly used in Vietnamese cuisine. You will learn how to handle a knife safely and efficiently to create perfect-sized pieces every time.

Marinating and Grilling: We'll show you proper preparation techniques, including marinating and grilling the meat for Banh Mi.

Seasoning, sauces and ingredients: We will teach you the key basics of Vietnamese seasoning, including how to balance the flavours of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy to create authentic dishes. You will also learn the key herbs and spices to use your Banh Mi and Chicken Pho.

How is this class structured?

Get ready for an amazing 3-hour cooking experience that will unleash your inner chef! Our 3 hr classes are designed to give you a hands-on experience of 2 1\/2 hours of cooking, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy your creations with a well-deserved glass of wine.

How many people are there in the class with how many teachers?

Our classes have up to 12 students with 1 Head Chef and 1 Assistant Chef, providing an intimate and personalised experience.

What is included?

We provide all ingredients and equipment, a welcome drink, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and a light lunch. After the class, enjoy your meal with wine or beer, and take any leftovers home.
