  • 2 cups black rice (glutinous black rice or forbidden rice will work) - soaked in plenty of
  • water 8 hours or overnight
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 5 cups water (Using the same cup used to measure the rice)
  • 1-2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 100g palm sugar
  • 1 super ripe mango
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
