In a large wok, saute the garlic and onion. Add the pork and chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
Once cooked through, remove from the wok and add the carrots, peas and cabbage. Stir fry those for a few minutes and set aside. To the empty wok, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce chicken cube and water. Add the pancit bihon and allow to simmer until soft. The noodles should absorb all the liquid. Now add the cooked ingredients to the noodles, mix through and enjoy!
