A crispy, cheesy, savoury pork roll sandwich

  • 2 pork shoulder steaks
  • 100g grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 crusty bread rolls

The Marinade

  • 3 Tbsp Oriental Curry Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sake
  • 4 tsp cornflour
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

Method

• Tenderise the steaks using the back of your cleaver to flatten them. Place them in a bowl with the marinade ingredients and massage. Set aside.
