Matcha Waffles

Delicious vegan Matcha waffles to enjoy on any occasion.

2 tsp Matcha

140g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp coconut oil

330ml coconut milk

Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix
  • Pour the coconut milk and blend until smooth, use a hand blender if you think is necessary
  • Let the mix rest for 15 minutes
  • Preheat the waffle maker with coconut oil
  • Scoop the waffle mix into the waffle maker and cook for 5 minutes

Serving suggestion

Enjoy these waffles with a mix of berries, and some maple syrup on top.
