Tips: Don’t be shy with the corn flour, remember you want the pork to be nice and crispy. To further keep it crisp just wrap your sauce around the meat a few times before you finish your dish and serve it.
Keep your sauce simple with equal quantities of sugar, vinegar, and ketchup, plus a dash of dark soy sauce to get the perfect colour.
