Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Vermicelli

The flavour of scallops is very delicate. It is very easy to pair them with different flavour combinations, just take care to enhance, rather overpower the delicate sweetness of the scallop itself. On this occasion we are serving them steamed in a bed of noodles, with one of our classic sauces.
This scallops dish works perfectly as an elegant starter when entertaining.
