Perfectly Cooked Singapore Noodles
This dish is easy to make, but highlights a few fundamentals of wok cooking:
When cooking noodle dishes keep in mind the “tummy and head” movement. Keep flicking your wok back and forth while you stir the centre of your wok round and round, spreading the flavours and helping your sauce to coat the noodles evenly as well as caramelize slightly.
Make sure you soak your noodles first, then try them out as much as possible so all the moisture they retain is full of the flavours from the sauce.
Don’t be afraid to use the heat! For great wok cooking- never lose your sizzle!
