An evening with Ken Hom | School of Wok

In November 2014 we had the honour of hosting a Masterclass at School of Wok with the legendary Ken Hom. The class was in celebration of the launch of the school's professional training courses. During the class Ken demonstrated some impressive techniques used, in order to create his banquet-worthy dishes.

It was an great evening for everyone at the school.

The menu of the evening included:

-Sizzling Rice Prawns

-Whole Stuffed Chicken Skin

-Buddhist Casserole
