Want to make fresh, delicious salads and fragrant full of vegetables curries? Come and join our Vegetarian Thai classes where you’ll learn the key ingredients to make an aromatic Thai meal.

Our Head Chef will teach you how to slice and dice properly using a Chinese cleaver, how to wrap, fill and flavour Thai spring rolls and how to make aromatic and flavourful red curry paste using a pestle and mortar.

You will make delicious butternut squash red curry, fresh and crisp green papaya salad, Thai spring rolls and fragrant Jasmine rice.

-You will learn the basics of cutting, slicing and chopping using a Chinese cleaver.

-We will also show you to make curry paste from scratch using a pestle and mortar to make truly authentic curry!

-Our classes also teach you the key basics of Thai seasoning with herbs and spices and what seasoning to use to make delicious Thai dishes every time!

2 1/2 hours of cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine
