Join our introductory class to Vietnamese Cuisine to learn how to use a variety of herbs and spices to make popular Vietnamese dishes!

Our Head Chef will teach you the basics of Vietnamese seasoning and will show you how to cook delicious Banh Xeo pancakes, succulent and aromatic Pork Belly in coconut milk, stir fry fresh Morning glory greens and steam delicious rice with Pandan leaf.

The menu for this class contains allergens such as nuts, shellfish, gluten and egg. We can cater towards those who have allergens by providing alternative recipes or ingredients. Please contact us at the time of booking to let us know. We also provide Halal alternatives where possible for classes.

How is this class structured?

2 1/2 hours of cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine
