During this lesson we will focus on learning how to roll, fold and cook some of the most popular dim sum dishes, using a mixture of different fillings throughout the process.

This class main focus is on learning basic folding and rolling techniques, menu balancing, as well as filling options.

  • Sticky Chilli Paneer

  • General knife skills

  • An introduction to dim sum and ready-made pastries

  • Fold and roll a variety of dim sum pastries

  • Making crystal dumpling pastry from scratch

  • Creating simple dipping sauces

2 1/2 hours of cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine
