This class is perfect for those individuals who name themselves as true BBQ fiends as you will learn how to make your own homemade Kimchi (to take home to ferment of course!), delicious beef and pork bulgogi, more-ish Japchae noodles and scrumptious apple Ssamjang sauce.

Your Head Chef will teach you how to slice and dice using a Chinese cleaver, how to stir-fry your Japchae until they are perfect to eat and the techniques and methods to make your own kimchi.

  • You will learn the basics of cutting, slicing and chopping using a Chinese cleaver.

  • You’ll also be taught how pickle and ferment Kimchi perfectly.

  • Our Head chef will also instruct you on how to stir-fry to unlock your inner wokstar skills!

  • Our classes also teach you the key basics of Korean seasoning and what to use to make delicious Korean dishes every time!

The menu for this class contains allergens such as nuts, shellfish, gluten and egg. We can cater towards those who have allergens by providing alternative recipes or ingredients. Please contact us at the time of booking to let us know. We also provide Halal alternatives where possible for classes.

During this class, you'll experience 21/2 hours of hands-on cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine.
