Join our incredible introduction to Vietnamese cuisine class and receive expert guidance from our Head Chef on how to make perfectly seasoned and aromatic Vietnamese cuisine. -You will learn the basics of cutting, slicing and chopping using a Chinese cleaver.

-You’ll also be taught how activate your inner wokstar skills using a wok to create stir-fry.

-You'll be shown how to create the perfect aromatic Pho stock

-Our classes also teach you the key basics of Vietnamese seasoning with herbs and spices and what seasoning to use to make delicious Vietnamese dishes every time!

The menu for this class contains allergens such as nuts, shellfish, gluten and egg. We can cater towards those who have allergens by providing alternative recipes or ingredients. Please contact us at the time of booking to let us know. We also provide Halal alternatives where possible for classes.

How is this class structured?

2 1/2 hours of cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine

  • A welcome drink
