Just some of the skills you can expect to learn are listed below.

-You will learn the basics of cutting, slicing and chopping using a Chinese cleaver.

-We will also show you how to make curry paste from scratch using a pestle and mortar to make truly authentic curry!

  • Our Head Chef will introduce you to wok cooking in our specially equipped kitchen where you can awaken your inner wok-star skills!

  • You will also learn the fundamental flavour profiles behind your food: getting to grips with seasonings, spices and sauces that will make each delicious dish capture the quintessential flavours of its region.
