Are you delighted by delicious Dim Sum but need some inspiration on how to fill and fold them? Our introductory class is perfect for those who want to learn the basic folding, filling and cooking techniques in a variety of shapes so you can enjoy this delicacy at home!

This class is perfect for those who want to inject a spot of creativity into their meals by making delicious Dim Sum delicacies. This class focuses primarily on the wrapping principles that making Dim Sum brings- with some tastier dishes to accompany them!

We teach you how to make truly authentic Chinese Spring Rolls, traditional Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf, Jiaozi dumplings and tasty BBQ Spare Ribs.

Our amazing Head Chef will be on hand to teach you how to use a Chinese cleaver, demystify steaming using a wok and show you the basics of wok frying so you can truly wok and roll! Join one of our classes now for a real authentic cooking (and eating) experience!

During this class, you'll experience 21/2 hours of hands-on cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine.
