Originally hailed for its simple and delicious noodle dishes and rice dishes- Korean food has evolved to become a real foodie favourite!

Join our full day Korean cooking class to learn how to make popular street food delights such as crisp Korean Fried Chicken, fresh and crunchy bulgogi salad, savoury and sour Kimchi fried rice in a spicy open pork burrito, tender fried squid in gochujang sauce, savoury mushroom Japchae and a delicious sweet Korean pancake made from cinnamon and sugar syrup! Yum!

-You will learn the basics of cutting, slicing and chopping using a Chinese cleaver.

-Our Head chef will also instruct you on how to stir-fry to unlock your inner wokstar skills!

-Our classes also teach you the key basics of Korean seasoning and what to use to make delicious Korean dishes every time!

How is the class structured?

During this class you'll experience 2 1/2 hours of hands on cooking followed by a lunch break, then a further 21/2 hours of hands on cooking. The class will culminate with everyone sitting down to enjoy what they've created, alongside a well deserved glass of wine.
