For the true Dim Sum enthusiasts this class is perfect to learn a variety of dim sum dishes to make at home! Learn how to flavour, filled and fold a variety of dumplings and create the perfect accompanying dishes for a real feast!

Dim Sum is overcoming most home takeaways in popularity because of the varieties of flavours, textures and ingredients used- plus its delicious!

Join our full-day Introduction to Dim Sum to get a real initiation into Dim Sum dishes. We teach you the basics of folding, filling and cooking the perfect Jiaozi dumpling, Spring Rolls, Siu Mai and Wontons.

We even show you how to make deliciously authentic Glutinous Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf including wonderfully sticky sweet BBQ Spare ribs.

How is this class structured?

During this class you'll experience 21/2 hours of hands on cooking followed by a lunch break, then a further 21/2 hours of hands on cooking. The class will culminate with everyone sitting down to enjoy what they've created, alongside a well deserved glass of wine.
