Full Day Indonesian Cuisine

Sat 27th Jul 2019 11:00am

Take a tour of the Indonesian archipelago with our brand new, full-day class! Teaching you how to make a feast of some of the nation’s world-famous, and mouth-watering, meals.

Full Day

Stretching between the Pacific and Indian oceans, Indonesia is the home and heart of over 17,000 islands - making it one of the most exciting and eclectic collections of people, regions, religions and, importantly, cuisines in the world!

So join School of Wok as we take you on an adventure into this island life, learning to cook and create a series of dishes as diverse as the nation they come from. From the Balinese Duck Satay, to a West Sumatran dry Beef Rendang and a succulent, spicy Aceh duck Gulai curry - you’ll finish your day with the quintessential Indonesian salty peanut salad, Gado Gado, and a sweet treat in the form of Kue Nenas, or pineapple tart.
