Dim Sum and Bao have stormed the cookery scene over the past years- with Bao becoming extremely popular due to its versatility in fillings and delicious soft pastry. In our 3 hour class your Head Chef will teach you how to make the perfect Dim Sum and Bao pastry from scratch and show you how to fold, fill and season these popular Far Eastern treats!

You’ll learn how to make fluffy Bao, delicious Siu Mai, moreish Chicken wings and tasty traditional Crispy Beancurd Rolls as a real testament to the street food found in Asia.

2 1/2 hours of cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine
